Depending on the version you subscribed to you might be entitled to one of the following support options.

Paying customers receive the following support services:

  • Access to the online help, startup guides, online videos
  • Unlimited email support to the following address: support at cirrus - shield . com
  • Type of support: end user support, questions related to the utilization of the product (as a user or an administrator), issues with the product (bugs).
  • Support hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
  • Service Level: reply within 2 business days

It is both. Pricing is per user per month. There is no minimum number of users, but users are named, meaning every person in your company that needs to access our software needs a license. Licenses can not be shared among users. For example if John and Sandra need to access Cirrus Shield, you will need to subscribe to 2 user licenses. If your licenses are of type "Ultimate", the monthly amount for your subscription will be: 2 user licenses x 75€ = 150€.

We do not refund licenses that have already been paid. Any payment for a given period, whether for a month or more are non-refundable.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Payments that were already made will not be refunded. At the end of the current subscription period your subscription will not be renewed.

We offer payments through: bank transfer, bank levy, credit card (via Paypal), Paypal.

No. All your users need to be on the same plan.

In order to get a feature of a higher priced plan, you would need to subscribe to that plan. Our plans are designed as packages, individual features can not be extracted from a given plan.
